I failed an exam, and now I cannot retake it.

A score below 70% is considered failing and requires you to retake the exam.

You have up to three attempts (automatically) to pass the exam at no extra cost. If a fourth attempt is needed, a reset fee will apply, which can be purchased directly in your account under "My Exams." Please note that customer support cannot provide additional attempts, so you’ll need to process the reset fee in your account if you’ve already used all three attempts.
