Can't start an exam

If you are unable to view your online courses or view your exams:
First, make sure you log in to your CE Massage account and click on 'Course Study Material' OR 'Take Exam.'



Next, ensure your course has not expired (we allow one year from the purchase date).
If you can view your study material, but cannot see your exam, be sure to scroll down on the exam page until you see an 'Access Exam' button.



If you cannot see a 'Start' or 'Access Exam' button, give us a call or send us an email for us to see what is going on and fix the issue.
