After successfully passing a course, you will receive an online certificate.
You can print out this certificate immediately if desired. The certificate is also stored within your account for future reference.
After you have the certificate, please be sure to maintain a copy for your records.
When you are ready to renew your license or certification, you will need to enter the information found on the certificate within your renewal application (if it requests specific information). Sometimes you will need to manually send the certificate to your board with your renewal application. If you have questions regarding your particular renewal application, please contact the board you are renewing with.
For example: If you are renewing a certification/license that requires you to upload your certificate for proof, you will need to "download" it from within your account. Your certificate is already in an online format (PDF file) that you can save directly to your device. You would, at that point, "upload" it during your renewal application.
