I cannot download the reading material…

You do not have to download the reading material, as you can access the mobile-friendly version of the course by using the website version of the course. You do not have to download anything and can click "Next Page" and "Previous Page" to navigate the course. If you would like to download the material and cannot access it, this most likely indicates that you do not have Adobe® Reader or PDF reader on the device you are using.


Most computers and smart devices are enabled with Adobe® Reader or a PDF reader. If not, it is effortless to get and free to download*.

Note: If it asks you to download other things, such as McAfee, uncheck those boxes, and nothing else will download.
