Can I use an iPad/Tablet/Phone?
Ordering:
You can order online using any device or call us during regular business hours, and we can process your order by phone.
Viewing Material:
You can view the material within your account after ordering. This allows you to view it on any computer or mobile device as the course is mobile-friendly. If you would like, you can download the material as a PDF file (this option will not be mobile-friendly, but you can still view it or print it).
Apps that work for reading PDF files: Adobe Reader, iBooks, etc.
Completing Exam:
You will enter your answers on the website with a mobile-friendly online exam (note: on smaller devices, you may need to scroll down). All questions are multiple-choice, meaning there is only one answer per question. You will select the answer you believe to be correct and go to the next question. You may save your exam and come back at a later time with your answers still accessible. Once you are ready to submit your exam, you will select ‘Submit Exam’ located at the bottom of your screen.
Certificate:
After successfully passing the exam, you can view your certificate immediately.
The certificate comes as a PDF file allowing you to view it, download and save it, and/or print it.
The certificate is stored within your account, so if you are not connected to a printer, you can access it at a later time.
